TERMS & CONDITIONS
With effect from November 1, 2008 all purchases of goods from the Feed the Children On-line Shop will incorporate the following terms and conditions:
The prices on this website are valid until March 31, 2009
Order - We reserve the right not to accept any order. Payment is required in full before the despatch of goods – we accept payment by all debit/credit cards. You will be required to tick the Terms and Conditions box to confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place your order. It does not affect your statutory rights:
Delivery notification: Once your order has been received by us we will email you to let you know when the goods have been despatched. Please allow 14 days from the date of the email for your goods to arrive. Please notify us if you do not receive your goods within this time.
When you receive your order you should check the goods and let us know within 7 days of receipt if there are any problems. Please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods which occur after they have been delivered to you.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, then you can return them within 14 days of receipt of items. If the goods are undamaged and unsoiled we will be happy to refund the cost of purchase. Please note we are unable to refund the original delivery charge and any further costs you may incur to return the item. You will need to go to Shipping and Returns as listed within the website and follow the instructions on how to return an item. We only exchange items in our Fashion category subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to refund.
Refund payment: Once we have received the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made by using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
